Service & Pricing

We strive to provide premium services at fair and transparent pricing. All prices are subject to change based on the complexity of nail art, length, and specific product requests. Consult with your technician for a final quote before beginning your service.

Our Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day guarantee on all gel and enhancement services. If you experience lifting or chipping within this window, please contact us for a complimentary repair. This guarantee does not cover physical damage or intentional removal.

Arrivals & Environment

To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling fee. We maintain a tech-friendly but peaceful environment for all visitors. 

A Mindful Sanctuary

To maintain our serene boutique atmosphere and ensure the comfort of all guests, Moncheri remains a pet-free environment. In compliance with state health regulations, we kindly ask that companions remain at home. We fully welcome licensed service animals specifically trained to assist our guests during their visit.

Refunds & Payments

Payments are due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards (excluding American Express) and digital payments. Please note that all services are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your service, please let us know immediately so we can make adjustments on the spot.

Group & Bridal Party Booking

For group or bridal party bookings of five or more guests, a $150 deposit is required to secure your reservation. This amount will be applied directly toward your total service cost on the day of the event. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit; cancellations made within the 48-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the deposit to cover staffing and scheduling adjustments.

Salon Health & Safety Policy

At Moncheri Nails Lounge, your health and safety are our priorities. To maintain compliance with state licensing laws and ensure your well-being, we adhere to the following policies:

Ingrown Toenails: We are not licensed to perform medical procedures. We cannot diagnose or treat ingrown toenails; please consult a podiatrist for these concerns.

Diabetic Care: To ensure your safety, we do not trim cuticles for diabetic clients due to the risk of infection. Please notify our team of your condition so we can provide specialized, safe care during your visit.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to decline service to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all. This includes declining services for clients with active infections, open wounds, or sores, as well as those who engage in disrespectful behavior.

Booking & Appointment Policy

To ensure you enjoy a relaxing, wait-free experience, we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and technician. While we always welcome walk-ins, our afternoons can get quite busy, so we suggest visiting during our quieter morning hours for a smoother visit.

Please note that your appointment is officially secured only once you receive a confirmation text; if you haven't heard back within three hours of a request made during business hours, please reach out to us. If your requested time is unavailable, our team will contact you to find a better fit, and all after-hours requests will be confirmed the next business day.
